week of 7/17/22 – CTDOT Route 2

Daytime Hours: 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday-Friday
- - Ensign Street bridge parapet forming and concrete work continues.
  - Willow Street Bridge work will involve placing of formwork and reinforcing steel for the deck.
  - Bridge 374 over the Hokanum River work is on going with removal of the parapet and section of the deck.
  - Median Barrier installation in the center of Rte. 2 is ongoing.
  - Retaining wall work (RW101) will commence
- Nighttime Hours: 6:00pm–6:00am, Sunday-Thursday
  - Note the earlier starting time.
  - Work along Route 3 for electrical work continues. Expect right shoulder closures.
  - Maple Street Bridge work is ongoing with activities on and near the road.
  - Pothole patching on Rte. 2 during the overnight hours should be expected Sunday or Monday Night. Lane closures are required.
- Traffic Impacts
  - Expect lane closures during overnight electrical work and pavement patching operations.
