Retaining wall construction continues along the right shoulder on eastbound Route 2 just prior to Sutton Avenue. Ensign Street bridge demolition and lead paint removal underneath the Sutton Avenue and Main Street bridges will continue. Additional activities involving the bridges will begin.

Electrical work, including the installation of underground cable and light pole foundations, will shift to eastbound Route 2.
Traffic Impacts
Expect right lane closures during overnight electrical work. Lane closures, and possibly alternating one-way traffic, may also occur in the vicinity of bridge work this week.
