Week of 8/21/2022 – CTDOT Route 2

Daytime Hours: 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Willow Street Bridge work will involve deck demolition
- Riverside Drive drainage work is ongoing
- Median Barrier installation in the center of Rte. 2 is ongoing from High Street Bridge to Main Street Bridge.
- Work on High Street ramp to install drainage is anticipated
- Bridge 374 over the Hokanum River work is on going with parapet rebar and form work.
- Traffic Signal work at multiple locations is anticipated
- Retaining wall work (RW101) will continue with footing work.
Nighttime Hours: 6:00pm–6:00am, Sunday-Thursday
- Note the earlier starting time.
- Paving in the median of Rte. 2
- Paving of several ramps
- Drainage work is ongoing.
Traffic Impacts
- Expect lane closures during overnight work.
- a minor traffic pattern modification is anticipated at Willow Street.
