The following operations are scheduled for this week on eastbound (EB) Route 2 between Exit 5 (Riverside Drive) and Exit 5A (High Street): grading and preparation for roadway paving, light pole foundation and curb installation. Construction of the drainage outfall at Goodwin University will continue this week.
Nighttime Hours: 7:00pm-6:00am, Sunday-Thursday
Asphalt paving of the roadway is scheduled to occur on Wednesday (9/29) and Thursday (9/30) between Exit 5 (Riverside Drive) and the Ensign Street overpass. Roadway excavation will continue eastward on EB Route 2 between the Ensign Street overpass and Exit 5A (High Street).
Traffic Impacts
Expect partial lane closures and lane reductions during construction operations this week.
